History usually repeats itself in some people's lives. My parents were in the market to buy a house for me when I was young and single. Scott Cary was the agent that my parents chose to find that perfect home. We were favorably impressed with Scott's professionalism, patience and expertise. From the beginning he took the time needed to know what was important to us. He made sure that he found the right house for them to purchase. He found a house with everything that suited all of our needs: The location, price, and size were perfect. Since then, time has passed and history is repeating itself. I am a single mom who is in the market for a new home. I have chosen Scott Cary again for my house hunting needs because of his past and continuing professionalism.

Scott has been our Realtor for many years. The first home we purchased was years ago and we had no clue what to      expect, but we were lucky to choose Scott, who came highly recommended by a neighbor. Scott is, simply put, an expert and a caring expert at that. He had all the patience to explain the entire process for us and that made all the difference. I knew he would also take great care of my father and helped him purchase his home, again with great care and knowledge. We have purchased and sold homes with Scott and every time he has been the best. I consider Scott a great agent and long-time family friend.

Our family has used Scott for the last 3 sales beginning in 2003 and we are very pleased with his service and knowledge.  When we were selling our home the buyers agent was not an experienced agent and Scott had to help the other agent as well in order to keep everything together.  This ensured our next purchase was a success!  Scott has great follow through and is very personable and easy going.  I will continue to chose Scott to buy and sell homes in the future.  I would highly recommend Scott if you are shopping for a real estate agent.

If we could give Scott a higher rating than the 5 stars we would!  We found Scott while re-locating from Las Vegas back to California 3 years ago.  The market was still pretty volatile but Scott was able to help us navigate and negotiate a great offer on our home.  His knowledge and experience was invaluable, and his dedication and commitment to close our sale were off the charts...amazing!  We highly recommend him!  We know you will be pleased!
